* If you arrive prior to your appointment time you are welcome to wait in the seating area.
* If you arrive before business hours, please wait inside your vehicle . Stylist will not unlock the door until the salon is officially open during business hours.
- Deposits are nonrefundable
- Once an Appointment is requested it is temporarily approved. Until an invoice deposit is paid via email. Once an invoice is sent, I will notify you via text usually the week prior to your appointment time. Please be patient
- When Scheluduling your appointment, be sure that you write it down and add it to your calander
- When scheduling your appointments, schedule all the services you would like to receive. If a service was not scheduled previously, stylist may not be able to achieve it within the time frame
- When Calling or Texting the salon phone for an appointment Please leave your first and last name along with a date and time you’d like to schedule for. Messages without this information will not be responded to.
- Online booking will receive priority scheduling
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled
- If your appointment is not reschelduled within 72 hrs, your deposit will be invalid for your next rescheduling and you will have to pay a new deposit fee
- No Calls no shows will be banned from booking
No new clients will receive color services
