At I Woke Up Curley LLC, we require a $30 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be credited toward the cost of your service at the time of your appointment.
Rescheduling and Transfers – If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. For cancellations made within a 48-hour window, you will be allowed one opportunity to transfer the $30 deposit to a rescheduled appointment (within 30 days).
We understand that delays happen, so we offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are running late, please call us to let us know.
• After 15 Minutes: If we haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be marked as a no-show. Your stylist will then have the option to accept or deny your appointment based on the time remaining and their schedule.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, your $30 deposit will be forfeited, and you will be blocked from online booking. To reestablish booking privileges, you must pay a $100 inconvenience fee to the stylist, along with a $30 deposit to reschedule your appointment. No exceptions will be made.

At I Woke Up Curley LLC, we want to ensure each client receives a personalized and effective hair care experience. For first-time clients, we require either an in-person hair analysis or a Zoom consultation before your initial service. This step allows us to better understand your unique hair needs, establish a tailored regimen, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
To avoid additional fees , upon arrival ,hair must be detangled and ready to shampoo . If in case your stylist must pre-condition your hair, or has difficulty with detangling proces , this will be an additional $25 charge to your service no exceptions
* Zoom Consultation payments are required up front. Once an appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an invoice. Payment must be received within 24hrs of receiving the invoice or appointment will be cancelled. Payments are non refundable, however one reschedule will be permitted.

No Color Services for First-Time Clients – We believe it’s essential to first understand and care for your hair’s natural state. Therefore, we do not provide hair color services during your initial visit. We recommend starting with a hair analysis or consultation to establish a healthy foundation before any color services.
No Color Correction Services – I Woke Up Curley LLC does not perform color correction services. If you require color correction, we advise consulting with a specialist in that area to address your needs before booking with us.
